SIRKAL GROUP SA is the parent company of the Group, headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland. The company directs and coordinates the Group’s activities, supports the development and international growth of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and oversees real estate, infrastructure, technology and energy projects in Switzerland and abroad.
From our headquarters in Lugano, we develop and manage real estate and infrastructure projects and coordinate technology and renewable energy initiatives across the Group, with a particular focus on advanced solar technologies, energy recovery systems and biogas solutions. In the field of cybersecurity, we manage the information security and network infrastructure of the Group’s companies, ensuring the protection, reliability and optimization of corporate systems.
Our activity extends to the organization, management, coordination and control of administrative, commercial and industrial processes across the Group, supporting the development, integration and optimization of its operating companies and internal structures.
SIRKAL GROUP SA acts as the Group’s parent company and strategic coordination center, overseeing subsidiaries and projects in Switzerland and abroad, while directly developing and managing its own real estate assets and projects in Lugano and Switzerland.

Energy from Waste
SIRKAL GROUP SA coordinates the development of a strategic environmental and energy infrastructure project in the Caribbean basin, focused on addressing key environmental, waste management and energy challenges affecting the region.
The Caribbean islands and coastal areas of the Gulf of Mexico are increasingly affected by marine waste accumulation and plastic pollution, with significant consequences for coastal ecosystems, local communities and tourism-dependent economies.
The project is designed to integrate advanced waste recovery and waste-to-energy technologies capable of converting municipal solid waste, recovered plastics and other suitable materials into electrical and thermal energy through efficient cogeneration processes.
The initiative combines environmental recovery, resource valorization and sustainable energy production, contributing to improved waste management and greater energy resilience across Caribbean communities. The project is currently in an advanced development phase, including the evaluation of strategic locations, technical infrastructure and cooperation opportunities with local institutions and specialized international partners.
